i think the blend of coffee i made this morning has made me more hyped than i have been for awhile.
and it sucks b/c I'm at school right now so i cannot dance around like i want to.
I'm so excited a/b today. its Friday and after Spanish class i get to go to work at the fort. :D
i just love working there, as opposed to working at rite-aid. :(
its just so nice having an understanding boss, and co-workers that are actually your friends.
sometimes life just overwhelms me.
i get down sometimes, but am so thankful for the fact that i always have things and people that can cheer me up.
things can get so stressful and upsetting sometimes, but i am thankful for my health, mind, friends, and ......i guess family even thought i wish i could trade them most times.
i love life, and i forget that every now and then.
i watch ppl, (not in a creepy stalker way, just in an observant normal way) and sometimes it seems that life isn't for everyone.
'wtf does that mean?', you ask.
well i know and see people that never really know what their living for. some ppl just don't care a/b anything at all.
it is strange to me, that there are people that do not have any beliefs or ideas. you ask them a/b something and they can never converse with you on it b/c they are preoccupied with things that do not matter, or aren't occupied at all.
there's a billion things that a person can live for. and it is odd that some people are content with routine lives and no purpose at all.
i don't know what my life will be in the future, but i know what i am living for today.
i have a general idea of what my life has amounted to so far.
so many things have made me smile today, sometimes i forget to smile.
sometimes you hear something different in a song you have heard hundreds of times.
sometimes the crazy things people say in political science a/b the death penalty dont make any sense at all. and sometimes you get out of politcal science class early.
sometimes your mom oversleeps and you have to make your own breakfast.
sometimes the weather is perfect. too perfect.
sometimes being alone actually feels so good.
and sometimes you just dont know why youre soo happy
these are things today that have made me smile.
today i have smiled a million times.

the world through rose colored glasses
lately i have found myself questing the character of others. it is so strange how people you love seem so seemingly perfect at first but over time you become so jaded to who they are.
not just people, but all situations. it takes so long for us to see the big picture
As for people it's not a matter of the person putting on the oh-so-common-front, but just how we perceive people. time makes most things better, but also makes everything that much more honest. we ignore small imperfections that we probably cannot deal with in the long run. we don't want to see how much of a liar someone else is at first, or how selfish they can be, until it is too late.
we want people to be what we want so badly that we'll do all we can to ignore their faults, but all that really does is destroy all you had with that person.
Then we are left questioning to what degree we love or care for that person.
the world through rose colored glasses is misleading and scary. we end up being totally unaware of the character of others and ourselves, but what can we really do about it? not too much. we want to see people in such a great image, we want to believe the apologies of our loved ones, we want to take what they say in the best way possible.

if it wasn't for bad luck, we wouldn't have any luck at all
I seem to be having a long sequence of bad luck with a certain issue that i wont name here. I am not usually one who believes in luck, but when you've done the same thing just about every way you can, and still fail, then maybe luck may be to blame.
